Bunkers Hill Wood near Stourbridge is a mixed woodland, owned by the Woodland Trust. It is well known locally for its bluebells and rare species of rhododendron. The wood enjoys good populations of several types of butterflies, especially mid to high summer. Species such as Vanessids, Purple Hairstreak, Meadow Brown, Speckled Wood, Gatekeeper and Ringlet.
